Free Shipping Promotions 

• Currently we offer FREE FedEx/UPS small package ground shipping on most orders of $249 or more within the 48 contiguous states. 

• Most Orders less than $249 will receive a flat rate freight of $19.99 

• When we offer a free shipping promotion, it is based on a minimum purchase. This minimum purchase is based solely on the product value before any shipping or applicable taxes are applied to the order. 

• Some irregular shaped or oversized items may include a special handling charge, applied per unit. 

• Free shipping is good only on orders shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. 

• Free shipping is good only for our FedEx/UPS ground options. Expedited shipping options such as Express Ground Shipping, FedEx 3 Day, FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight will ship at an additional charge. 

• Free shipping promotions are subject to change without notice. 

Dollar/Percentage Off Discount Promotions 

• When we offer a dollar/percentage off promotion, it may or may not be based on a minimum purchase. If there is a minimum purchase requirement it is solely based on the product value before any shipping or applicable taxes are applied to the order. 

• We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities and terminate any offer or order at any time.

Kinnunen shall in no event be liable to the original purchaser, its customers or to any other person or organization using or involving products purchased from Kinnunen for loss of use, lost profits, inconvenience, property damage, personal injury or death arising out of breach of warranty, breach of contract, delay, negligence, strict tort liability or otherwise. IN NO EVENT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL KINNUNEN BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES. The entire liability of Kinnunen for any claim of loss, damage or expense from any cause whatsoever shall in no event exceed, at Kinnunen's option, the repair, replacement cost or purchase price paid for the product purchased from Kinnunen which directly gives rise to the claim. No action or proceeding against Kinnunen may be commenced more than twelve (12) months after the product from Kinnunen is initially shipped to the original purchaser.

Kinnunen Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to or application of conflicts or law rules and principles. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms and Conditions to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect its intent and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will continue in full force and effect. By placing an Order on this Website, User indicates that User has read and agrees to Kinnunen Sales & Rental Return Policy Listed Below. The Returns Policy may be changed from time to time and is effective immediately after Kinnunen Sales & Rental posts the changes on this Website. 

For a return authorization, please use the Contact Us form and one of our agents will contact you in 1-3 business days. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, we will gladly replace the item or refund your money. All returned merchandise must include the following: 

1. Original packaging & Packing Material (including original box, Styrofoam, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.) 

2. Original intact UPC barcode. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of the return request being honored. 

3. Original packing slip. 

4. All accessories, including cords, carrying cases, transformers, remote controls, batteries, assembly tools, etc. 

5. All manufacturer instruction manuals, warranty cards, registration information, and other documentation.

Defective merchandise (Must have return authorization) If you receive an item that is defective, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse Kinnunen Sales & Rental will exchange a defective item for a replacement item. Kinnunen Sales will reimburse you for original ground shipping expenses. For defects after 30 days please refer to the manufacturer for warranty information. 

Non-defective merchandise (Must have return authorization) If you decide to return an item that is not defective, within 30 days of the date the merchandise was shipped from the warehouse Kinnunen Sales & Rental will provide a refund for a non-defective item. Non-defective items may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of the purchase price and you are responsible for all original and return shipping expenses. 

Gasoline-powered items (Must have return authorization) Gasoline-powered items cannot be returned to Kinnunen Sales & Rental once gas has been added to the machine. If gas has been added, the unit must be taken to an authorized service center for repair, which is typically covered under warranty. Consult your product manual or the manufacturer for additional warranty information.
